Are Wandering Jew Plants Dangerous To Your Dogs?
These are listed as toxic to your dogs, due to them being known to cause allergies and dermatitis in your dogs.
Contact with the plant can cause blisters along with irritated and red skin. Pus could also occur.
This will seen more on the areas where there are less purr – like your belly, your face and under their arms.
Your dog may lick and scratch the affected areas which could make the problem worse.
In lucky cases you may be able to just give your dog a good bath which can remove the plant remains on the skin.
If this doesn’t work, you may be required to get your dog a cortisone shot. This will help with allergy symptoms. If the problem is severe you may need antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicine and pain killers too.
