This is called Dilated cardiomyopathy
What this means is that the hearts chambers are stretched and this doesn’t allow the blood to pump properly
There is no cure for this, but regular screenings are a must as there are no real symptoms. So you know something is wrong when you dog collapses
There are medications which you can get for your dog from the vet, these meds will help the heart pump better.
