Health Problems – German Shepherds
Like a few large dogs – German Shepherds are prone to hip dysplasia
This is when the joints ball and socket don’t fit properly together
This can cause pain, arthritis, and walking issues.
If you are getting your German Shepherd from a breeder. Often the parents will be tested for Hip Dysplasia – if the parents didn’t have it. Chances are the pups will be healthy too. 🙂
